    The most attentive hotel I’ve stayed at so far! I really appreciate all the thoughtful little details that make the stay so much more comfortable. They provide USB charging cable in the room, extra hangers for hanging towels, and even an anti-fog mirror that stays clear after a shower. It’s these small touches that really show how much attention they pay to their guests’ needs. Highly recommended!

    What better way to spend our first time in Aomori than to have Hotel JAL City Aomori as our place for relaxation after a full day's travel. Would definitely book here again when we come back!

    Def the best and coziest hotel I’ve stayed in my entire trip and it’s the cheapest accommodation! Will come here again if I’m in aomori

    Hotel is clean, not too tiny, close enough to the station and car rental. We stayed there 4 nights, spent a night at Lake Towada. Requested check-in staff to allow us to keep our luggage as we were coming back again after a night. The male staff were obliging and also accepted our request for a late check out by 1 hour upon our return stay. But when we came back, the female receptionist didn't accede to our request. So, am disappointed. After staying there for 5 nights, they will not accomodate.
