Staff were amazing, breakfast and food very good (japanese), rooms comfortable.
I’m afraid of heights and all rooms are on floors 37-50, reception is on the 51st floor. But this cannot be changed… And I enjoyed my stay very much. We’ve been there three times this trip, 7 nights in all.
