Toni and his wife were more than helpful, speak English, help you with advice where to eat, or swim or buy groceries. The fireplace comes with a blow-dryer, to make your vacation even easier. That A+ level of hospitality you only find at HESTIA!!

Communication is easy - the host has organized that you get everything even if the reception is empty. The hosts are always available via phone and respond immediately. The room was cozy and warm, which is the most important thing in winter for me. The whole venue is clean, and there is a kitchen at your disposal.
The access to the parking lot is a bit tricky, but approachable even by a light car.

Near the Berovo-lake (which isn't visible). Check-in was awkward as they said they sent a message (never received one) and as they only own the house, they live somewhere else, so never met someone. Payment is then also a bit strange to leave your money in the room. As said before you best need a car to go to Berovo itself for dinner (or other things) as the environment is quiet.
