    When making this reservation I asked if air conditioning would be provided. Here is the question I asked & the reply I received before booking. Do all the rooms provide free air conditioning? Yes, all rooms at Casajungla Hostel provide air conditioning, but it is only activated during specific hours: from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This applies to all room types.If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! 😊 The son of the owner called his mother and she refused to give me a room without air conditioning. I could have had a much larger accommodation on the beach with a competitor for $2 extra both offering free parking and free breakfast. Also it would have been ant free unlike our bathroom. I can provide pics. Unfortunately this person just wanted to tell me I was wrong when I booked the room. They just wanted to upsell us for another $15 when we arrived to only have limited ac service from 9 pm to 7 am. Seems a bit cheap on there part. Either you offer ac for 24 hours (not 10 hours) or you don't offer ac. This place misrepresented itself. Sent from my iPhone

    Ms. Veronica was very attentive. I kept extending my stay. Same breakfast every day, tea and coffee included. Very Very clean! Travelers were very nice also. Could walk to the beach. Enjoyed my stay! I'm still here. I extended again!
