The staff are hospitable and friendly. Rasha made our stay so exceptional.
Breakfast was very delicious and the right quantity.
The TV channels were so limited.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is a 2 minute drive to the Hammana old souk. The staff were very helpful and responsive. The view fro mthe room was also great overlooking the Lamartine valley.
Nothing unexpected. The hotel is old so mainly the room is old but still clean. The electricity would sometimes turn off due to generator issues which is common in lebanon but still annoying.
