Nice, clean, open plan living area. Ok kitchen utilities. Beautiful patio overlooking the lake. Easy parking.

Late check in, early check out. Very, very loud Aircon, could hear it in the main bedroom and could not switch it off. All info was about cleaning and helping the management company not helping you. No info on the local area or transport.

The location is nice, very close to the bus station. We travelled on foot and that was appreciable. The flat is huge with a nice balcony.

The instructions you get when you arrive do not make you feel like you are welcome. What you underdand is that the ventilation system does not work properly and if you trigger the fire alarm, then you have to pay. Would expect something better for the price paid.

I loved the terrace with a view on the river, boats and the sounds of waterbirds and seagulls. The bed was very comfortable. Toilet and shower were clean and comfortable.

The state of the kitchen. The refrigerator was not clean, the freezer frozen shut with huge ice chunks, the dishwasher was so rusty inside that I did not trust to use it. I managed to receive some new cooking utensils because they were really not useable anymore. The tv channels were few, too many had a signal saying they were moved to another frequency. The bedroom had not much privacy as the windows looked straight into a communal hallway and were not covered with privacy film. Thankfully there are good curtains in the apartment. The building is often noisy after midnight as many people who enter the building talk loudly even though signs asking for silence after 22 are hanging everywhere. Often you hear loudly banging doors. Keys are received through a key safe which gives the place a rather impersonal feeling.

Spacious, clean, lovely view over marina. Local town 15 mins walk has a nice cafe - The Old School.

Not a great location if you don’t have a car. Have to take a bus to go anywhere. Bus stop is not nearby. No bike rental nearby. When contacting the resort help desk by email on where to find the bike rental they sent us off on a wild goose chase to a non existent bike shop in Warmond. Flat is very nice but is in an echoey building. People start to move about outside leaving their flats from 6am onwards - there are notices outside for people to be quiet between 10 pm and 8am. But they are not. Bedrooms face the outside corridors so it is noisy if people are walking about outside. Take earplugs. No problem at night - it’s peaceful. The problem is being woken up early in the morning. On one morning cleaners started in the flat above us at 7am, hoovering and banging & chatting. They didn’t even close the front door whilst they cleaned! It was very noisy - not somewhere you can have a lie in.
