Stunning sunsets and views.
You really can't beat the views at this location! The sunset each night over the boats was stunning. The place was clean, with lots of room to spread out (we are a family of 3). The bathroom was large and the shower had good pressure. The beds were comfy, even the sofa bed! It was nice to have access to a roof top patio and we couldn't hear the neighbours at all. You could not hear the restaurant downstairs either (the loudest part being when they put the furniture away at night). We kept the windows open during our stay and it was just a nice quiet chatter of friendly conversation from below. It was far enough away from downtown that the neighbourhood seemed quiet, but close enough to walk to everything!
This was a bare bones apartment. It could have used some throw blankets, pillows and another seating option in the living room to make it feel more cozy. As well, the stairs are very steep (no elevator). This was not an issue, just be forewarned. Having said that, I would absolutely stay here again! We loved it.

All-in-all the stay was quite O.K.
Undoubtfully the location is exceptional - just outside the city center, so only some hundreds of meters to get in the center, still far from the big hassle. The view onto the small harbor is also great
The cleanliness could be enhanced a lot and the water was difficult to drain from both the sink and the shower.

We loved the place, especially the beautiful views from the large windows overlooking the harbor.
Location, views, washer, comfortable bed.
There were several plastic cutting boards, but they looked very old, and we didn’t feel comfortable cutting fruit or vegetables on them because it seemed like the plastic wood. Come off as well. Really need to replace the cutting boards, preferably with a wooden one. Also, only two regular and two decaf. coffee pods were provided along with a coupon for twi coffees downstairs. I think that two of each type of coffee multiplied by the number of nights reserved is more appropriate given the price point of the apartment and a relatively small increase in cost for management. We stayed for four nights, and one of us drinks, regular coffee and the other decaf, so it’s not practical for us to buy large boxes of two types of coffee pods as we would not use them all during our stay. Finally, the bathroom sink was draining very slowly, and I think the pipe needs to be cleaned out.
