Beautiful quiet place close to ski areas: Kitzbuhel, Zell am See, Kaprun, Sallbach

For us, the location was perfect, since we wanted to ski Sallbach, Kaprun and Kitzbuhel, with the maximum distance being the 40km to Sallbach. The Panorama gondola for Kitzbuhel was just 15 min away, which was great for that area. We were a group of friends and we had 3 separate bedrooms in the same apartment (with sink and shower in each room, although none of the rooms have toilets - there is only one toilet for the whole apartment. There is an additional toilet in the basement, next to the sauna, and this was fine. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, dishes...everything, and it was great since we cooked our own meals. The hosts were great, and kind - we didn't see them much even though they were on the floor below us. The house has 4 levels, and the apartment was on the last floor. 2 bedrooms have a joint terrace. All rooms were spacious and clean. I saw only 7 beds and 2 sofas, so I was glad only 6 of us came, but for 7 it is also great. The boys used the sauna (for an additional fee) and they loved it. There was enough free parking in front of the house, the WiFi was just fine and it was pet friendly - we brought our cat and paid an additional fee for her. The nearest shops are just a few kilometers away in Mittersill (Hofer, Bila, Spar...). It was quiet, a great place, perfect for our group of old skiing friends, with enough privacy, but the possibility of being together. I would happily go back there! Thank you.

I wish we could have had en-suite apartments. I needed my own toilet, and we needed to do a lot of adjustments in the morning, but it was doable since we are close friends.

Spacious and clean apartment with all the amenities that you could think of. The host were really nice and welcoming. We really appreciated the coffee machine filled with beans..

Only minor observation about the lack of electrical sockets, especially around the bedside area to charge your devices.

Stylish, comfortable apartment, friendly hosts. Recommend! Really good place for family with children. The place is suitable to explore the region - Zell am see; Kaprun; Kitzbuel, Ellmau - are only 30 min away.

Schöne herzlich eingerichtete Unterkunft

Sehr gut ausgestattet. Vorteil jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Dusche und Waschbecken , was sehr hilfreich ist wenn man mit 2 Familien anreist . Ein zweites Gästewc wurde uns im Keller freundlich angeboten . Uns hat es s sehr gut gefallen , wir wurden herzlich empfangen und kommen gerne wieder .

Das ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, viel Platz, die Zimmer waren sogar mit jeweils einer Dusche und Waschbecken ausgestattet, besonders toll war der Ofen, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt, danke

Naprawdę warto!!!

Niesamowici gospodarze, bardzo życzliwi i uczynni, zawsze chętnie pomogą, niespodzianki na powitanie i w trakcie swiąrwvznego pobytu. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, duże, praktyczne, , wyśmienicie wyposażone, przerosło nasze oczekiwania. Lokalizacja idealna, blisko do Panoramabahn. Bardzo dużo ścieżek do spacerowania, przepiękna okolica.

Prostě super 👍

Super ubytování , čisté pohodlné soukromí cítili jsme se jako doma👍😀❤️. Pán a Paní domácí strašně příjemní , ochotní lidé veškerý servis k našemu příjemnému pobytu. Paní nám přinesla lišky obecné (houby) , tak jsme si je udělali se smetanovou omáčkou mňam.😋 a také jsme dostali domácí vajíčka 🥚 super👍👌. Opravdu super ubytování i pro našeho APLÍKA mazlíka🐶…….. Opravdu paráda , když to půjde tak se někdy opět vrátíme do Haus Enzian . Pro aktivní dovolenou super místo.

الموقع جميل جدا بجوار النهر، ومطل على الجبل. المكان هادئ ونظيف، وصاحبة الشقة ودودة وتقدم المساعدة دوما.. الشقة مكونة من ثلاث غرف، وصالة صغيرة، وحمام به شطاف. The location is very beautiful next to the river, overlooking the mountain. The place is quiet and clean, and the owner of the apartment is friendly and always helping. The apartment consists of three rooms, a small hall, and a bathroom with a bidet.

الشقة في الدور الثاني، والصعود إليها عن طريق الدرج وهو صعب وخاصة لمن لديه حقائب. The apartment is on the second floor, and climbing it by stairs is difficult, especially for those who have bags.

اعجبي الموقع والإطلالة على النهر والتعامل الراقي من اصحاب السكن. يوجد موقف مجاني للسيارة. مطبخ مجهز بكل شي. أدوات نظافة متوفرة. اتمنى ان أعود لها مرة اخرى

Vše bylo opravdu nade všechna očekávání. Ubytování bylo velmi pohodlné, příjemné a čisté, že i když nám počasí úplně nep

Velmi čisté, prostorné a útulné ubytování. Na zahradě byl k dispozici krásný bazén. Měli jsme všichni dostatek soukromí - v apartmánu byly 3 ložnice. Mohli jsme tudíž uložit k dennímu spánku nejmladšího a zároveň být aktivní (hrát hry, povídat si, atd.) se staršími dětmi. Skvělé byly blackoutové závěsy a rolety na střešním okně. Takže i během dne nebo ráno byla v pokoji tma a člověk mohl mít opravdu kvalitní hluboký spánek, u kterého si všichni skvěle odpočinuli. Majitelé byli vstřícní i vůči našemu psovi (40kg bílý švýcarský ovčák).

Do tohoto ubytování se rádi vrátíme!

Skvělé pro rodinný výlet. Každý jsme měli své soukromí a přitom bydleli všichni společně (3 generace). Zahrada s vyžitím pro děti a s možností koupání byla úžasná a domácí byli přátelští a vstřícní :-).
