A beautiful building right in the town of Virgen. Andrea was so helpful with instructions about arrival and departure. Nice kitchen and gorgeous balcony. A superb base for exploring the Virgen Valley.

Ideal place for vacation.

The house is comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need to feel like at home. There is nice terrace from east side so you can have breakfast or lunch outside facing sun. There are 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We liked large dining area where we spent time planning our trips in the region. The supermarket is located on 3 min. by walk. There is comfortable parking space. Beautiful views. Quiet. Ideal place to spent vacation.

Nice apartment with beautiful view to mountains

The location and the view to the mountains. Good value for money, has separate restrooms for each bedroom, easily accommodated our relatively big group of 8 people

Since it’s a attic floor apartment, the height to the roof was low. I would not recommend the apartment to tall people. I practically ended up bumping my head multiple times against roof while moving around

Had a great time!

The apartment was very big and offers everything what do you need. We were 4 and it easily accommodates 8 persons. The location was superb, surrounded by mountains and also a supermarket nearby.

The apartment which we got was totally different from the photos described. I expected the same apartment but no issues.

Spring holidays

The location is definitely good for hiking and outdoor activities.

No warm water for shower in the morning. The heating wasn't working which due to the cold temperatures and frost in the morning is rather unpleasant. There was no privacy, the box room which is supposedly be the bedroom for children didn't have any drapes and heating. The bunk bed had the ladder in the middle on some wooden piece so it was very unstable. The apartment was clean but the bathroom would need extra cleaning because of the mold in the shower and behind the toilet, the drain in the shower needs cleaning too because the water didn't flow down very well. You can hear literally everything through the walls and ceiling, every step and coughing...

The location in the centre of a beautiful village, surroundings, the apartment, morning delivery of fresh rolls.

The only thing that inconvenienced our stay was COLD in the apartment in the evening, morning and at night! Fortunately the host gave us an extra electric heater, then it was better.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere qualche giorno sulla neve. Il paesino è molto carino e silenzioso. Non abbiamo praticamente avuto contatti con il personale, ma è stato comunque semplice accordarsi via booking. Consigliato.

Blusnerhof sehr zu empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist neu und modern. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt, um sich selbst versorgen zu können. Sehr hilfreich und durchdacht fand ich, dass es für die Spülmaschine Tabs und Klarspüler gab, sowie zusätzlich Handspülmittel, Schwamm und ausreichend Geschirrtücher. Ebenso gab es Salz und Pfeffer. Besonders schön ist auch die große Gemeinschaftsterrasse und der Garten, der mit jeder Menge Spielzeug (Spielhütte, Schaukel, Rutsche, Tischtennisplatte) und Liegen ausgestattet ist. So lässt es sich nach einer Wanderung schön entspannen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auch aufgrund der hervorragenden Lage nur empfehlen.

Zum Verdunkeln gab es in den Schlafzimmern nur dünne Vorhänge. Zum Glück war es jetzt Abends bereits dunkel genug, im Sommer könnte das vielleicht stören, wenn man es ganz dunkel haben möchte.

Es war sehr sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet wir haben eine total nette Begrüßung, schon vor der Ankunft von der super netten Andrea erhalten. Obwohl wir nur 1 Nacht hier waren wurden wir sehr nett begrüßt

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen in einem kleinen süßen Ort im Osttirol.

Uns erwartete eine großzügige Wohnung im typischen Osttiroler Stil über zwei Etagen, die vollständig ausgestattet war. Jedes der vier Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und ein Doppelbett. Zusätzliche Ecken zum Brettspiele spielen oder Verweilen waren vorhanden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und uns standen zwei Balkone zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt der Vermieterin war total unkompliziert, zugewandt und sehr freundlich. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen Bäcker, einen Supermarkt, einen Bauernladen und 2-3 Wirtschaften, was für diesen diesen kleinen Ort ungewöhnlich und für die Urlauber sehr komfortabel ist. Die Wege zu den Highlights in dem Nationalpark Hohe Tauern sind kurz. Virgen ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den bekannten Zielen im Nationalpark und 10 Minuten von Matrei und 30 Minuten bis Liens entfernt. It waren mit unseren 3 Jungs zum ersten Mal in Osttirol und total begeistert.

Das wlan war sehr ruckelig und die Bäder müssten teilweise auch bald modernisiert werden. Das ist aber „kritisieren“ auf hohem Niveau.

Piękny widok z okna, klimat domu z duszą, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, apartamenty zapewniają odpoczynek i przygotowanie posiłków, mili właściciele, dobry kontakt, świetna lokalizacja, blisko sklep, szlaki, cisza i spokój, bliskość ulicy nie przeszkadzała, wygodna wanna, wygodne łóżko, miejsce postojowe dla auta pod samym domem, bliskość natury. Wspaniałe okolice Virgen, widoki wręcz rajskie, bardzo dużo kościołów i kapliczek, bardzo dobra infrastruktura. Polecam dla całej rodziny!

W pokojach było trochę chłodno, kaloryfery słabo grzały, trochę nie wygodne poduszki w łóżku -są to drobne mankamenty.
