Comfortable stay on the farm

Clean apartment in nice calm location on the end of the road. Short drive to several ski areas. Shop and restaurant is approx. 3km in Uttendorf. Apartment has well equiped kitchen with coffee machine, oven and many dishes. It is possible to buy fresh eggs from the farm. Ski room with dryers. Our room had a large balcony. We will come back soon.

Quite funny and not much practical was a window between bathroom and room. If one needs to use bathroom at night, the light goes to the room and disturb a sleeping person. There is a curtain on the window inside the bathroom which is even decreasing a very tiny space. But this is just a minor thing which doesn´t lower the grat experience we had.

Charming and cozy apartment in big house, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the necessary home appliances for a comfortable visit. Its part of a large house on a well‑kept farm, which creates a peaceful and charming atmosphere. The hosts maintain everything with great care, are always available when needed, and provide plenty of helpful information and content that enhances the stay.

It was great and peacefull stay. Totally worth it

Its family businness. Very nice and hospitable people. They run their hotel and farm. They have great eggs on the farm and they fully have trust in their guest. Kitchen has all basics stuff. Laundry in case there is no laundry machine in your room cost 10 euro including the dryier. Sauna cost 5 euro per hour(it tskes 40 minutes to hear it up). There is a stand to dry ski boots and gloves. Which is very helpfull and to very friendly cats and hourses

Small stuff like bulb in the balcony would be nice and smoe more option for tea. Also the pellows not comfortable. I was in the winter but if I will come in summer air conditioner will be nice

Our host Anita was very sweet and kind and the whole family was lovely too. Our room was just big enough to be comfortable for two people with fully equipped kitchen and a breath-taking view from our balcony. The bathroom was also very clean and bed was comfortable.

Very relaxing stay

The apartment was clean and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Bed linen and towels are furnished. The city center is five minutes by car and the area is very quite and in a natural context. Owner even sell eggs of local productors. In the underground floor are available for all guests a shoe dryer, a fitness room, a kid room and a sauna. The sauna can be booked for a specific hour so that its use is quite private. We met Anita just once but she was nice and she gave us some advice about what to do.

We had a very pleasant stay, but if I have to suggest something I would say to provide an extra towel to put on the floor after the shower, considering that the bathroom hasn't windows it takes some time to dry.

Worth booking, the very best

The apartment is beautiful, the location is great, we really like being there. The farm animals are super cute, also we had a lot of fun in the forest behind the house (there are so many mushrooms). Anita is super nice and helpful, paying a lot of attention to even small details. The sauna was really relaxing and the breakfast was delicious.

Astonishing

Everything was exceptional. Beside the mesmerizing atmosphere and the unique experience, the apartment itself is fully equipped and super clean. We loved the cat and miss her already. She is so friendly. Also the dog, and all the farm animals. The owner was very attentive. Our apartment had a kitchen but there is also two common kitchens and fresh farm products to buy. A sauna and a gym were two adds. The location is too easy to find and reach.

Nice apartment, really clean, bathroom with washing machine and bath, comfy bed, balcony with a view, basic kitchen. Sauna, indoor play zone for kids, outside a lot of scooters, and vehicles for children, playground, and some animals (sheep, goats, rabbits, hen, guinea-pigs).

Outdoor playground a bit outdated and not very nice with grass not cut. Anti mosquito nets with holes, creaking doors.

A great and interesting place for your winter vacation!

There were so many things to like about this place - the exceptional sauna facility, and the fact that it could be used privately; the top-level ski equipment dryers; the very quaint and inviting interior design both in the common areas, and the rooms; fresh eggs for sale (perfect for breakfast!); the wonderfully equipped kitchen in our room; the large balcony and the beautiful view from it. The list goes on, but I will leave it to new guests to discover for themselves. :)
