Comfortabel bed, kraakte wel een beetje. Goede beglazing, dus geen lawaai van de straat.
Uitzicht niet bijzonder. Geen ontbijt mogelijk.

Situation géographique. Facilité des transports en commun depuis la location (métro) Propreté et aménagement très bien .
Le bruit venant d’autres chambres louées mais le propriétaire n’y est pour rien . C’est aux locataires de respecter les lieux et les voisins .

La pulizia degli spazi e l'ampiezza di stanza+bagno in una posizione comoda anche per i parcheggi circostanti
Cambierei il phon, sostituendolo con uno non da muro, e valuterei la possibilità di aggiungere la colazione (anche a pagamento) per poter mangiare qualcosina la mattina senza dover scendere al bar. Al momento è fornito caffé/tè, fette biscottate e marmellata in monoporzioni ma un paio di yogurt in frigo e un po' di frutta non sarebbe male (anche a pagamento).
