The location is good, there's free drinking water and a coffee machine in the kitchen. The bed was comfy. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was good, very hospitable ladies run the place.
The room was a bit small and the kitchen wasn't clean and very useful, but for this price it's ok. The room's mini-fridge barely worked. If you have a wheelchair or a baby stroller, it's hard to get into the property. The elevator is tiny, so if you are a big person it could be not useful for you.

I completely agree with all the previous reviews. The location is excellent, the room has everything you need, and the breakfast at the café downstairs is amazing. Everything is within walking distance. We stayed here for two nights with our young child and had a wonderful time exploring Rome, its culture, and its food. This hotel definitely helped make our trip even more enjoyable.

except croissant rest of the dishes were decent.
Elevator did not work. We had to carry 4 suitcases upto 5th floor through stairs at 2am after long flight from USA. Air conditioner was working very slow.
