The villa and the view were absolutely stunning, the caddy workers and some of the staff (Angela, the guys from the pool bar, the omelette chef) also very gentle. Pool and pool bar, amazing

From the very moment we arrived the service wasn’t up to the standard required from a hotel on this price level. On our second day we have been woken up by construction workers and leaves blowers at 7:45AM, the noise came from very close and it was impossibile to sleep further. This is unacceptable for a place where you go to relax. We were repeatedly called by the staff to know at which time we would have the ferry the day after, even if we told them we wouldn’t. So anytime they called they didn’t put the information available for the next person, the result is that we were called also during night time (10Pm) and early morning (after several calls in the afternoon). We asked for water in the room and were just told no. This were just a few examples. At the end of the day, you pick this places for the services and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Last note, if you want bikes you have to pay for them. In my experience it never happened that an hotel of this level makes you pay for this
