Nice place, but some details need improvement.

• The property was clean and in a convenient location. • The host was friendly and welcoming. • The overall setup of the B&B was nice, and the space met our basic needs.

• It was hard to sleep due to noise from the neighboring room — the guests were talking loudly past 1am, and the soundproofing between rooms was quite poor. • Breakfast was very limited in terms of variety and didn’t quite meet our expectations. • We were charged an additional €20 for our child, which seemed excessive considering the minimal breakfast options. While we understand extra guest fees, this felt more appropriate for an adult.

Nice place to stay for a night

The property was in quiet place and we didn't hear neighbors or outside noises. There was a fridge in common space where we kept our fresh products. The host was very friendly and nice. Host gave us a great recommendations for gelato and beaches in Riva del Garda.

There could be air conditioner, but there was only ventilator. We opened window and turned ventilator on for a night and it was allright.

I was feeling sick on my bike ride and Paola prepared everything for me to arrive already in the early afternoon. Thank you for that! :) Breakfast in the garden can be rallye nice, if you are able to handle a bialetti-like coffee machine and if you are happy with cereals and some sweets...

... but also disappointing, if you are expecting a breakfast buffet with service.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast in a small Italian town

We stayed for one night for a stopover in ihr way south to Italy. The moment we arrived I recognised it from the photos and it was even nicer. Very nice outside area and common area with a shared kitchen. Kitchen and bathroom seem freshly renovated and very modern. The room itself had everything you needed and was comfortable to sleep in. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The town itself is a cute little Italian town with a few restaurants - the one we went to was just delicious. We also had our dog with us, which wasn't a problem at all. The breakfast is, as described, for everyone to prepare yourself in the kitchen - which I think was fine. Can definitely recommend this place - even for more than just for a stopover.

Super Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Hinreise oder Rückreise nach/von Italien! Mega freundliche Gastgeber, wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt! Auch das Zimmer war sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Uns hat auch die gemütliche Terrasse gefallen, um zu verweilen. Auch für unser Baby wurde uns ein praktisches Babybettchen und ein Baby-Stuhl zur Verfügung gestellt.

Ein bisschen frisches Obst beim Frühstück wäre noch gut gewesen, um gesund in den Tag zu starten.
