Good breakfast and friendly staff. We arrived late, but they improvised a nice dinner. The rooms are of no luxury, but extremely good value for the price and most importantly, clean. The rooms were not airconditioned, but it was no problem due to the altitude and the quiet location - windows could be open.

Property is close to the gondola that takes skiers to the top of Kopaonik mountain (Mali Karaman peak). There is a shuttle that can take you to the gondola (staff can help with it) - a better solution than parking own vehicle in the crowded gondola parking space. Staff is friendly and helping, food is great - home made and local delicacies. Rooms are comfortable. Very easy to get to from Belgrade / Kruševac.
Not really a big deal, but sound insulation could be a bit better.

Cool place to stay for a ski trip. The ski lift is very near by car. The staff are super pleasant! Don't expect a lux apartment, but for this price, this has everything you need. Went there a couple of times.

It is perfectly clean! Staff is great, food is good, for this money cant find better.
It is almost 1km from Brzece gondola, so you have to walk or go by car, which is not a problem, but they should have said that it is 1km insted of 350m.
