Price does matter. It was one of the cheapest apartments not far from the ski resort with cozy interior.
Kitchen is well equipped - all that you need for a short stay.
Room is not very big, but enough to spend evening wathing TV after skiing.
Fast internet, smart TV.
Parking outside is open for everyone - thus always fully occupied. I couldn't park my car while staying there (4 days). But it wasn't a big problem to find a parking place in 5 minutes walking distance.
Elevator goes to 4th floor. but room is on 5th floor - you have to go 1 floor by stairs. You feel it when checking-in/out.
Double bed is narrow, maybe 140cm. Was acceptable for us, but bigger guests may not be satisfied.
