Ein Kurztrip nach Wismar

Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt klasse. Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Zimmer sind schön gross. Für 2 Personen optimal Aufgrund des Parkplatzmangels ist der gesicherte Parkplatz ein Segen. Er befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Da es sich um ein altes Haus handelt, sind die Treppen sehr steil und nicht für Leute geeignet, die schlecht zu Fuß sind. Ein großes Manko ist die Dusche. Die Schimmelbildung ist teilweise sehr stark. Diese Tatsache konnte ich schon in vorherigen Bewertungen lesen.

Tolle zentrumsnahe Lage mit Parkplatz

Die Lage gegenüber dem Fürstenhof, nahe bei der Marien- und Georgskirche und zum Marktplatz war toll. Der Parkplatz befindet sich etwas abseits, 5-10 Minuten dann Fußweg, man kann bei Marienkirche parken um das Gepäck auszuladen und in der Wohnung befindet sich dann der Schlüssel und Beschreibung für den Parkplatz. Der kleine Balkon ist bei Schönwetter super, man sieht bis zum Hafen (Bau der Disney Adventure) und auf drei Kirchen.

Das Stiegenhaus ist sehr eng (wird auch so beschrieben, wie halt in mittelalterlichen Häusern üblich), es riecht aber sehr nach Raucher. Die Dusche sollte entschimmelt werden, Einteilung im Bad ist nicht optimal. Gläser sind spärlich vorhanden.

Top Lage, schöne Dachterrasse, hübsch eingerichtet

Dusche war an den Rändern schwarz und verschimmelt. Diverse Putzutensilien, Eimer inkl. dreckiger Wischmopp und Lappen standen im Bad rum… kein schöner Anblick. Die Handtücher rochen muffelig - anscheinend halbtrocken zusammengelegt.

Wismar ist eine Reise wert

Die Lage ist super-der Hafen und auch die Altstadt sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Grundriss der Wohnung ist sehr schön, besonders auch die Terasse.

Die extrem steile Treppe- nicht für jeder Mann möglich zubezwingen. Der Zustand der Dusche, das fehlende Inventar in der Küche - der Vermieter wollte sich drum kümmern.

Zonder de gehorigheid was het een mooi verblijf geweest.

Prima locatie in het centrum. Mooi groot(stads) balkon. Ruim appartement. Goede bedden. Eenvoudig maar schoon. Trap was voor mensen die wat minder ter been zijn en/of zware bagage hebben, pittig.

De gehorigheid. Je hoort alles van de bovenbuurman/-vrouw. En in de drie nachten dat wij er waren stond hij/zij om 05:00 uur op, en verliet het pand om rond 06:15 uur. Als je overal doorheen slaapt en/of snel weer inslaapt geen probleem. Wij zijn echter met een slaapgebrek uit Wismar vertrokken.

Der Aufenthalt in Wismar war gut. Mit dem alten Hafen, den Stränden ist Wismar eine Reise wert.

Die Wohnung / Räume waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Schlüsselfach mit Code ist super. . Die Lage ist super und ruhig. Gastronomie ist prima und Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es auch .

Die Handtücher waren vereinzelt unsauber und haben sehr unangenehm nach Rauch gerochen. Das vorhandene Bettzeug im Bettkasten war reingeworfen und durcheinander. Mann hatte den Anschein, als wäre es benutzt und alt und ungewaschen.

Immer wieder gerne in dieser Unterkunft, wenn wir mal wierder in Wismar sind.

Super Lage, sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Perfekte Lösung zum kostenlosen Parken in der Nähe wurde angeboten.

Schöne Altstadtwohnung in zentraler Lage

Sehr schön eingerichtete, gemütliche Wohnung mitten im Stadtzentrum. Obwohl die Schlafzimmerfenster auf die Straße zeigen, war es sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem, Bad und Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Leider konnten wir die tolle Dachterrasse nicht nutzen, weil das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat, aber man hat von dort einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Altstadtdächer und -türme. Der reservierte Parkplatz ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, auch Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen.

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung, besser geht es kaum.

Das großzügig geschnittene Apartment hat eine wunderbare Lage, die Dachterrasse bietet einen Rundblick über Wismar auf alle Kirchen bis hin zur Ostsee. Die Ausstattung ist rundum gut.

Eigentlich gar nichts, denn die steile Treppe nehmen wir in Kauf angesichts der Vorteile des Apartments im 2. Stock.
