It was clean. Lots of packets of soap, towels.
The owner insisted we pay in cash, which seemed a little odd. Luckily, we had some emergency cash because I normally just pay with my phone. The owners also don’t speak much English, so a translation app is definitely useful.
We were only told upon arrival that the air conditioning was down for maintenance. It would have been nice to know this in advance, especially in 30°C heat. There were fans, but they mostly just circulated the warm air. It was fine overall, but nothing special.
Also, be aware that there are several Bar Lambardino locations where you get the free coffee and pastry. We were given a voucher with a map, but when I used Google Maps for live directions, it took us to the wrong location, twice. We were walking around Naples with our suitcases before finding the correct café, which is literally a stone’s throw from the apartment. Just something to be aware of.

easy access, use of kitchen utensils and fridge. comfortable. helpful staff. i was a bit cold the first night and was right away supplied with extra blankets the next day

The rooms are nothing like the ones shown in the photos. At least mine wasnt. Also please enable taking money by card.
