A beautiful property and wonderful restaurant. The Aurora Suite is beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable bed and with its own sauna. A beautiful restaurant, was lovely staff and very accommodating with dietary requirements. Great breakfast!! Shout out to our South African waitress for being so lovely, friendly and helpful with the lactose free options :)

The lady on check in, could have been a bit friendlier and helpful, but this didn't spoil anything.

Wonderful position and a lot of activities to do both with children and without. The food is very good, even though they could offer a broader choice for the half board in the buffet.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Northern Lights hotel. The accommodation was clean, modern, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the property made most of our holiday truly enjoyable. The facilities provided in the room and the peaceful environment exceeded our expectations.

a misunderstanding we experienced significantly affected our satisfaction. We were sold a reindeer sleigh ride, but when the activity time came, we were informed that it was actually only a reindeer feeding tour. Although this was later described as a misunderstanding, we were not given any informational brochure, clear description, or written agreement during the booking. Had we known that the activity would not include a sleigh ride, we certainly would not have purchased it. Even so, since we still received part of the service, we requested a partial refund rather than a full one. Unfortunately, the hotel rejected our request and did not prioritize customer satisfaction in this ethically questionable situation. We genuinely believe this reflects a lack of transparency, as the service was misrepresented and not properly explained beforehand. Additionally, the hotel’s accommodation prices are quite high, so we expected them to value guest satisfaction more. While most aspects of our stay were excellent, this negative experience affected our overall impression of the hotel.
