Huoneisto oli todella siisti, viihtyisä ja rauhallinen. Voin kyllä suositella!

A 500 metri dall'ingresso dal K-Market e del Centro Visitatori di Naava, da dove partono percorsi di trekking e c'è la seggiovia, abbiamo alloggiato 3 notti in questa struttura di recente costruzione, pulitissima, confortevole, dotata oltre che di sauna con 2 docce separate anche di una veranda a tutto vetro che dà sul bosco. La veranda è dotata di caminetto a liquido facile da usare e molto affascinante si sera. Tutti gli elettrodomestici erano perfettamente funzionanti, non mancava nulla.

Purtroppo l'unica cosa non positiva erano le padelle, antiaderenti graffiate inutilizzabili, abbiamo usato l'unica pentola di acciaio presente per fare tutto, scomodo ma almeno abbiamo evitato le antiaderenti rovinate, che non andrebbero utilizzate se lo sono.

Perfect! Absolutely perfect! Hands down the most comfortable stay of my entire trip. The place was much larger than expected, extremely clean, and cozy! The glass balcony had a wonderful view—even though there are no Northern Lights in summer, having breakfast or dinner out there after cooking was amazing! Just keep in mind that because it's glass, it gets noticeably colder than indoors in the early morning, late at night, or when the sun isn't out. The kitchen came equipped with all basic cooking equipment (note: you'll need to bring your own cooking oil, sugar, salt, etc.). The bathroom was spotless, and the provided toiletries smelled wonderfully of blueberry! Visiting Pyhä in summer is ideal for hiking, and having trailheads just a 2–3 minute walk away was hugely convenient for hikers. It is also just a 7-minute walk to the nearby K-Market for daily essentials. If you are driving, you can park right outside the front door.

I understand that using an AI assistant via WhatsApp helps streamline manual operations. However, with the rise in online scams and phishing attempts nowadays, sending the online check-in link directly through the Booking.com messaging platform instead might help ease guests' security concerns.

The landscape

The customer service is awful!!. First, they didn't answer the phone and called me back but only one day after. Second, I'm still carrying sickness from that trip. Second, they changed the door code without letting us know; and let us stay outside without letting us know the code from their side; we called to find out why we could not open the door. Overall my personal experience was horrible.
