It was a great place to spend the weekend with my family.

It looks old from the outside. The building needs maintenance from the outside, but on the inside it’s very well kept.

Could be better.

The hotel is a bit old but the facilities are good. Pools are nice. It does need a bit of maintenance.

We had quite a few rooms and someone messed with most of them. Our belongings were moved, fan was turned off and when we got back to the room it was on. Clothes that were inside our luggage appeared some place else, doors were opened, etc. Also, somebody was assigned a room we already had checked in into. Front desk never answered the phone.

Perfect location. Hotel needs to improve.

The location is the best by far. Also nice drinks with/without alcohol.

The room didn't have hot water and didn't offer compensation like a free meal, a new room or something. The pool was freaking cold, the lake had better temperature than the pool at any given hour. Last, the food service was slow.

The staff was really rude and they didn't give me the room I booked. They tried to charge me a fee at the moment a boat come to pick us at the pier (ridiculous). The room was really dirty. Terrible place and staff.

El agua de la alberca siempre impecable, la gente que labora ahi es super amable y servicial Me encanto que el agua del lago y la alberca siempre estuvieron tibias aunque era Septiembre Las vistas son hermosas, sin duda volveríamos a ir Recomiendo muchisimo los desayunos <3 Y el centro de tequesquitengo esta a menos de 10 min en carro igual mucho lugares buenos para comer

1. Que no cumplieron con la solicitud para hacer check-in en la hora acordada, esto provoco un retraso en el compromiso que teníamos y la razón por la que nos hospedamos aquí. 2. La puerta de acceso al cuarto no estaba sellada y la luz externa se veía en el marco.

ATENCIÓN INCREÍBLE

Me encantó que fueran super amables, un lugar super tranquilo, casi no hay gente por lo que nunca te abrumas y la piscina está casi vacía. Me dieron camita para mi perrita, fueron super atentos todo el tiempo. Pueden reservar directamente en el hotel, sale más barato.

El precio de los alimentos es caro, hay bufet pero solo chilaquiles, huevo y fruta, hay partes del hotel que están muy descuidados, no vale el costo del alojamiento, es caro para lo que realmente es.

Al llegar nos atendió un sr qué a lo mejor ya era su hora de salida, pero literal su explicación fue muy rápida, sólo nos dijo aquí esta su habitación, les dejo los controles y adiós. Los horarios del restaurante, en la página no especifican horarios o que esta sujeto a demanda, Por tarde se percibía un olor a drenaje, no se si sea tema del hotel o de otro lado pero solo fue el día de viernes, el jueves y parte del sábado no hubo tema El Internet estuvo demasiado lento.

Mal servicio del persona, instalaciones viejas, a nuestra llegada no se encontraba nadie en recepcion y nos dejaron esperando 1 hora en lo que localizaban a alguien para el check in, solo existía una persona para atender todo el hotel
