great spot on the lake

It was not what it seemed in any way.

Location.

It is so noisy, and the walls are thin. From my room, I listened to what was happening in the next room, drunk people, music until 2:30, and noisy intercourse. The Hotel makes us sign politics that do not demand to be fulfilled. And more important, the administration has to identify the people that potentially have this behavior and do not put them in the next room to a family with children under 12 years old. I received several tandem emails, 1) from Booking requiring me to update my payment detail because the hotel notified Booking that they couldn't process my credit card, and in order to prevent cancellation I have to update my credit car, I followed the instruction to do it, 2) I received the email confirmation telling that my pay details were successfully updated and again the mail 1) that the hotel couldn't process my credit car. After several rounds of this 1) and 2) without success, I contact the hotel directly. Ending the history me transferring directly more money than the Bookig web page said it will cost to avoid cancelation.

Good place that should be better maintained

Pool water was not clean and it was cold. Used bedclothes were accumultaed along the hallways and stairs. Bathroom cleanliness was not ok

We had an overall good experience. The staff made us really feel welcome and special.

I really enjoyed the service. The whole hotel crew was excellent. I loved the location (right on the lake).

I did not like the food. It felt like it was microwaved. The coffee was not strong enough and the soda did not have any fizzy. The soda was flat. The room was very dated. The WiFi was very laggy in our room and other parts of the hotel. The pool was a bit cold. Also, we had problems with our hotel room key.

no tuvimos agua caliente. nos bañamos agua fria. sólo se disculparon. la limpieza en los pasillos no es muy buena. hay muchas telarañas, hay abejas en la lámpara del lobby afuera del elevador. hay basura acumulada en los numeros de las habitaciones. la taza de los baños tiene sarro. los sillones de la abitación no se ven muy limpios. SIENTO MUCHO QUE ESTO ME HAYA SUCEDIDO PORQUE EL LUGAR TIENE MUCHO POTENCIAL

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Muy buena vista al lago. Las instalaciones tienen todos los servicios, alberca, jardín, gimnasio, spa. Y lo mejor la atención del personal es impecable. Felicidades !!

La vista al lago y la terraza de la habitación está muy bien.

A pesar de la buena actitud del personal, no nos resolvieron varios temas. Fueron inflexibles para guardar un plato porque no se lo acabo mi hijo y mejor se echó a perder. Cobran muy caro los alimentos y no son buenos. En general sale mas barato y mejor en cada aspecto ir a cozumel Quintana Roo que a este hotel en tequesquitengo con todo y los vuelos. Tampoco hay accesos al lago del lado del hotel porque se estan cayendo los muelles y la alberca estaba muy sucia

Muy buen lugar, cuidado, limpio, personal amable. Vista increíble al lago. Jardines muy bien cuidados y tiene lo necesario para pasarla relajado.

Favor de dejar el número de toallas para las personas que se registran para la habitación, es decir, si registro a 3 personas, dejen 3 toallas. Wifi lento y falta de cobertura. Comida algo cara, pero vale la pena.

Lamentablemente al personal de restaurante le hace falta mucha capacitación, nos trataron muy mal y con bajo criterio, queríamos pagar por anticipado el bufete de desayuno para después de esquiar regresar a desayunar y nos cobraron el café y pan aparte comentando que debíamos pagar el bufete en el momento que regresáramos

Desayunó rico. Hotel bonito. Falta un poco de mantenimiento. Muy bien ubicado. Tequesquitengo precioso. Buena atención del personal, de todos. Recepción, camaristas, meseros, tualleros, etc.

Estaba muy sucia la alberca cuando llegamos. Incluido el jacuzzi. Falló la caldera, no teníamos agua caliente en la regadera, aunque lo resolvieron rápido.
