great spot on the lake

It was not what it seemed in any way.

Location.

It is so noisy, and the walls are thin. From my room, I listened to what was happening in the next room, drunk people, music until 2:30, and noisy intercourse. The Hotel makes us sign politics that do not demand to be fulfilled. And more important, the administration has to identify the people that potentially have this behavior and do not put them in the next room to a family with children under 12 years old. I received several tandem emails, 1) from Booking requiring me to update my payment detail because the hotel notified Booking that they couldn't process my credit card, and in order to prevent cancellation I have to update my credit car, I followed the instruction to do it, 2) I received the email confirmation telling that my pay details were successfully updated and again the mail 1) that the hotel couldn't process my credit car. After several rounds of this 1) and 2) without success, I contact the hotel directly. Ending the history me transferring directly more money than the Bookig web page said it will cost to avoid cancelation.

Pool water was not clean and it was cold. Used bedclothes were accumultaed along the hallways and stairs. Bathroom cleanliness was not ok

We had an overall good experience. The staff made us really feel welcome and special.

I really enjoyed the service. The whole hotel crew was excellent. I loved the location (right on the lake).

I did not like the food. It felt like it was microwaved. The coffee was not strong enough and the soda did not have any fizzy. The soda was flat. The room was very dated. The WiFi was very laggy in our room and other parts of the hotel. The pool was a bit cold. Also, we had problems with our hotel room key.

El servicio es razonable. A pesar de que llegue tarde las dos noches, siempre estaba el personal disponible. El check in y el check out fue bastante rápido (aunque me pidieron muchos datos que Booking ya tenía). Las habitaciones son muy amplias, pero solo caben cómodamente dos personas.

El hotel está muy viejo y descuidado. Cobran como si fuera de cinco estrellas, pero las instalaciones son viejas: aunque la habitación es muy amplia, no hay lugar adecuado para guardar la ropa. Son camas dobles, pero hoy en día uno esperaría que en México la cama doble fuera Queen Size, no matrimonial.

Ubicacion y todas las habitaciones con vista al lago. Habitaciones muy amplias y camas muy comodas.

En el desayuno del día lunes no querian dar la carta y me forzabana a consumir buffet. Personal se negó para ayudarme a guardar una bolsa en su refrigerador. Lago desprende mal olor a ratos.

La propiedad esta en buena hubicacion y el personal d cuartos , bar y restaurant muy bien , el check inn nunca hubo una bienvenida y el Check out tampoco hubo un gracias no mucho menos un regresen pronto o Feliz año , la piscina super fria y el jacuzzi es agua tubia con mil chiquillos , rl buffet le faltan opciones d alimentos para el precio , realmente x el precio q pague x el hotel puedo encontrar mejores opciones , no regreso

Primera vez en Villa Bejar

Los paisajes. El hotel tiene vistas espectaculares y es muy espacioso. Su ubicación junto al lago y a la montaña te hacen sentir inmerso en la naturaleza. La suite con ventanales grandes nos daba una preciosa vista. El personal en todas las áreas es amable, y además reaccionaron muy bien ante el temblor de la mañana de principios de año.

Que no funcionan el sauna y el vapor. El hotel tiene un excelente concepto para proporcionar de todo, pero tal vez es tan grande, y ya tiene muchos años que no pueden darle un mantenimiento perfecto en todas las áreas. Sin embargo está muy bien.

la ubicación es excelente. las albercas muy limpias. los alimentos muy ricos

no tuvimos agua caliente. nos bañamos agua fria. sólo se disculparon. la limpieza en los pasillos no es muy buena. hay muchas telarañas, hay abejas en la lámpara del lobby afuera del elevador. hay basura acumulada en los numeros de las habitaciones. la taza de los baños tiene sarro. los sillones de la abitación no se ven muy limpios. SIENTO MUCHO QUE ESTO ME HAYA SUCEDIDO PORQUE EL LUGAR TIENE MUCHO POTENCIAL
