Delicious!
The stuff was not flexible, we were moved coz our room didnt have warm water and they couldnt let us check out late. We went to the spa and wanted to shower aftrwards but couldnt.

The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. The managers always ensured we were happy and consistently checked in with us. They were very proactive in resolving any issues. The cleaning was done promptly. It's a beautiful scenic location and the dining area is lovely with stunning interior design.
The heated pool had too many bees and wasn't heated enough. An airfreshener in the bathroom would have been great, even if they could fix it to the wall somehow. Cupboards have a bit of a musty smell. Better support pillows would also be nice.

The staff were generally very welcoming and kind.
The heated pool was not heated.They took some time to serve me dinner I ended up requesting it be sent to my room.
