    Ingeli was our overnight stop on our way to Durban. The kids loved it so much they want us to return for a full holiday there. The staff was exceptional!

    Same story as the Margate hotel we even made a complaint at the reception that our neighbouring room was making a hell of noise. Honestly,as people we need not even be told about making noise in a space that does'nt only belong to you,morals are very important. Other than that i would recommend

    disappointing . Water issues which led to the rooms having extremely brown water. Images on the site of the play area do not match, there were no activities as per their daily activities schedule. On our first day, the restaurant only had 3 options of meals, 2 types of steak or grilled chicken for lunch. The place overall looks like it needs some updating and maintenance. The deluxe rooms were ok but the parking bays and doors need to be improved. The staff were friendly- and the beverage machines at the restaurant was a nice touch. There was not a lot with regards to entrainment- pool, pool table, darts, adventure golf, a spa- all of which where ok. The resort needs better management with regard to entrainment. It definitely has the potential to be a better destination however We would not make the trip back as it was not a place well suited to our liking.
