I had asked for a ground floor appartamento as I had an old aged father with me & we were given the first floor flat which was a bit of a problem with the stairs. As many other people have said the entrance to the parking is not the easiest.... that said we spent a very different, beautiful Christmas there!!😃😃

Gestione della prenotazione da parte dell'host: rapida, funzionale, gradevole. la casa è davvero molto gradevole, raramente si trovano case così curate in decorazione, arredo etc... mobili originali, suppellettili autentiche, tutto davvero bello, autentico confortevole e di grande qualità.

Ho messo la faccina contenta e non quella entusiasta alla voce "servizi" perché mancano un po' di attrezzature per cucinare davvero, e godere proprio in tutto lo stare in casa :-) Pur essendoci stoviglie davvero molto molto belle, se volesse cucinare qualcosa in più che una pasta, manca qualche attrezzatura. Ci sarebbe servito un pentolino per scaldare il latte, e delle tazze grandi da cereali (però c'erano delle bellissime tazze da te). È anche vero che non tutti hanno questa esigenze, e la base per potersi organizzare c'era, assolutamente.

Per carità l'appartamento è stato ristrutturato bene ed è molto carino e spazioso. Ci sono due ampie camere da letto, un soggiorno ed un angolo cucina.

Dall'annuncio sembrave esserci una ampio spazio esterno dove poter stare.....peccato che così non è stato. sono stati iniziati dei lavori esterni ed è pertanto un cantiere aperto...... l'area esterna dove c'è un tavolino ha delle sedie di ferro talmente datate che se osavi sederti i vestiti avrebbero potuto rimanere attaccati. E' immediatamente a ridosso della strada quindi lasciando la finestra aperta è praticamente impossibile dormire per il rumore delle macchine che passano. Certo il parcheggio privato è presente, devi essere solo veloce ad arrivare prima degli altri inquilini altrimenti parcheggiare diventa parecchio difficoltoso. l'ingresso e soprattutto l'uscita dal parcheggio sono pericolossisimi in quanto per uscire devi fare una piccola ma ripida salita che sbocca direttamente sulla strada in prossimità di una curva......deve andarti bene che in quel momento non arrivi nessuno in quanto risulta impossibile avere la visibilità necessaria per uscire in sicurezza. La cucina molto carina ma poco funzionale. Mi spiace, difficilmente faccio delle recensioni negative in quanto capisco il valore delle cose ed il sacrificio che le persone ci mettono però, visto che non ho pagato poco, quando acquisto una cosa pretendo che sia come me l'hanno venduta..... in questo caso è stata proprio una delusione.

Prachtige plek midden in de natuur!

De ligging in de bergen en alles is aanwezig in het appartement voor een comfortabel verblijf. Echt een prachtige plek om de natuur te ervaren.

De douche loopt niet echt lekker door, daar moet even naar gekeken worden.

La posizione e gentilezza proprietario

Arredamento troppo antico c’erano i tarli e quindi sui mobili tutto lo sbriciolato del legno , pulizia non adeguata sui cuscini animaletti . In più in sala calabrone forse entrato dal camino . E ragnatele! Infatti abbiamo fatto una doccia e lasciato appartamento . Siamo andati a casa a dormire ! I miei bimbi non volevano dormirci ! Il parcheggio pericoloso all’uscita non c’era specchio .

Niente.

Accesso con auto difficoltoso e pericoloso rischio di incidente, impossibile da usare di inverno. Casa sporca tappeti pieni di briciole e peli, odore di muffa nelle stanze e nel bagno. Non adatta e sicura per bambini troppe scale ripide

Abbiamo soggiornato nello chalet, il luogo è a dir poco incantevole e la casa è meravigliosa. Ci sarebbe piaciuto fermarci per molte più notti

Struttura accogliente e molto pulita. Usata come punto di partenza per fare diverse gite tra la Val Formazza e la Svizzera. Consiglio vivamente.
