Location. Newly renovated, clean, amenities ie: gym & breakfast room. Friendly staff. Pics true as advertised

Off the main streets of La rambla but can still a lot of partying in the streets in late hours of night due to poor sound proofing of windows/ walls

Location - great for gothic quarter , beach and metro . Good bars and restaurants nearby - we particularly liked the My Way bar opposite . Breakfast was very good . Very comfortable rooms .

The cost of the stay dropped over £100 from when we first booked . I think booking.com do some sort of price match now but that was annoying . We got locked out of our room because reception changed the code without telling us ( you don’t have keys it’s just PIN numbers ) . If we had been late back we wouldn’t have been able to get into our room or indeed the hotel .That was annoying . The area it’s in is great but a bit odd first impression wise -it’s just off the Ramblas ( which is being done up ) and when you first see the hotel there is graffiti everywhere on shutters etc of other buildings but it is a really good location and a very nice hotel . Final thing - is it’s a bit noisy at night - they very kindly give you earplugs which helps !

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the location was very close to Las Ramblas.

The alley on which the hotel was located was very narrow and the view from our room had a very intimate view of the neighbour across the alley. We could watch his TV!
