The place is lovely, and the host is sweet, pleasant, and kept spoiling our kids.
The location is perfectly fine — not close to the city or a supermarket, but easily accessible by car, with everything just a short drive away. The view and the yard make it worth it.
Two small notes about our stay: first, there were a lot of mosquitoes and no screens on the windows. Second, the kitchen equipment was a bit lacking — limited number of dishes, not enough garbage bags, etc. Also, most of the dishes weren’t clean enough when we arrived, so we had to wash them before first use.

Charmante Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Personal. Salomé war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen schönen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Schaukeln und ist allgemein ein schöner Ort zum verweilen.
Da wir kurz vor Frühlingsbeginn dort waren, war das Haus sehr kalt. Die kleinen strombetriebenen Heizkörper kommen da nicht so gut dagegen an. Wir haben uns mit warmen Bädern (es gab zwei Badewannen im Haus) und mehreren Schichten Kleidung aufwärmen müssen. Kein großes Drama für uns, aber gut zu wissen um entsprechend zu packen.

1. The owner Maria is very nice and help. She give us suggestions for traveling in Pico.
2. The Quinta is very beautiful, have a very beautiful view of ocean.
1. The facility is too old. For example, the window is up and down to close/open, it is easy to clip finger.
2. Do not have dish washer.
3. Water heater is not so strong. The hot water only can maintain 5-10 seconds, then you need to restart, unless you prefer cold shower.
