The rooms are big everything is clean very nice location calm and porch neighborhood

I couldn’t extend my stay because the property was over booked

Breakfast was excellent. All staff friendly & attentive. Pool area relaxing with lovely sunbeds.

Air con was not good. Rooms were reported on website to be soundproofed but could hear aircraft & music

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, staff were accommodating and respectful. The room itself was huge and clean and comfortable to stay. The pool was great. Breakfast was okay.

Only downside was the airconditioning wasn’t giving a cold temperature, even in the coldest setting, it just gives off a fan mode all through out our stay, and we weren’t able to sleep well during our stay due to the hot weather. We tried asking the receptionist about it and said that she’ll send someone to fix it but nothing happened. About cleanliness, yes they cleaned the room but left out the plates etc. that we used the night before. Also about the phone, we tried using it couple of times but no one was answering on the other line everytime so we have to go down the reception or to the restaurant if we need something. The TV, it’s a shame that we can’t use netflix or prime, we have to log in into our account but obviously it won’t let us because we were from another country. I just hope with a hotel like this, this should come in for free to entertain guests during their stay.

Facilities inside the hotel were mostly great, good choice at breakfast, great swimming pool, most of the staff were very helpful, all except those on reception who just would't answer the phone the three times we tried ringing them to complain about the noisy guests in the room next door. In the end we had to go to reception and ask them to do something about the noise and they sent up the security guard to sort it out.

While the hotel itself was good the same could not be said once you went outside it's doors. The surrounding area was like a wasteland, unfinished buildings, pavement with potholes in them, rubbish strewn everywhere....expected better from somewhere called a "tourist zone"...in summary, hotel good, location poor...
