A good hotel that ticked all the boxes for our group of 16 skiers of ages 13 through to 65.

Basic and functional bedrooms, but lovely communal areas and facilities. Amazing breakfast!! Very helpful staff. Really well situated being just a short walk to the lift and hire shops, and within one minute walk of all the good restaurants in the village.

We visited for two days skiing, the location was great, just across the road from a ski hire shop, and a very short walk

We would have liked to use the sauna and spa, but felt that €50 for the two of us was a little pricey. I appreciate though that this costs a lot to run.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Lovely cosy bar area, and breakfast area.

Hand shower was broken, overhead shower was scaled badly so had to personally clear jets before water could run effectively. No heated boot rack in ski storage so brought to room each night. A gluten free substitute for continental breakfast would have been nice.

Short and expensive.

We did not take breakfast as the price was excessive. The cost of the room itself was too high.

The bar was open for only a few hours before dinner, and dinner could not be provided in the hotel. The hotel car park had not been cleared of ice and snow and was a muddy mess.

We had a late arrival so the checkin was late and everything was ready for us. Next day at breakfast , it was just what I needed, the view from the veranda is beautiful. Quite big variety and delicious buffet, I don't understand how people say otherwise! I love Nespresso and they have the coffee I love! Confortable bed, nice room, beautiful view. THE SPA , lovely and cosy and the best massages ever! Thank you for a lovely stay with a lovely staff. (❁´◡`❁)

Das Morgenessen (Buffet) ist reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Hogeleicene Parkplatz wird nachts abgeschlossen.

Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Die Matratze ist komplett durchgelegen und müsste längstens ausgetauscht werden. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne, aber ohne Duschvorhang. Die Armaturen sind verkalkt.

Le premier restaurant juste à côté quand on passe le petit pont !!

Rapport qualité/prix honteux ! Nous n'avons même pas dormi dans la chambre tellement c'était l'angoisse. Nous sommes partis en pleine nuit. Je ne m'étalerais pas plus vu les réponses des propriétaires dès qu'ils ont un commentaire négatif. Cela ne sert à rien de parler avec des gens qui vivent dans l’utopie d'un tourisme d’antan.. Pas étonnant que les français partent à l'étranger pour leurs vacances...

Un super accueil dans un hôtel familial très rustique et moderne à la fois. Le déjeuner était vraiment top, varié et vraiment bon !

Petit déjeuner trés bien et l'acceuil également.

Le plafond de la chambre présente d’anciennes traces d’infiltration d’eau. L’insonorisation est très insuffisante, ce qui nuit au confort. Une prise électrique supplémentaire de l’autre côté du lit serait également appréciable. Concernant la salle de bain, l'absence de rideau de douche entraîne une inondation à chaque utilisation de la baignoire, rendant la toilette particulièrement compliquée.

un buffet petit déjeuner très complet. Un plus pour la compote , les confitures et les yaourts "fait maison"; Un cadre extérieur pour le petit déjeuner très agréable. Un bel hotel très bien situé . Un accueil chaleureux. La proposition "écologique " ne pas faire sa chambre tous les jours avec un cadeau en fin de séjour mais chutt... laissons la surprise.

Gérante d’une extrême gentillesse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Christiana. La gérante est d’une gentillesse rare, simple et attentionnée, on se sent tout de suite bien. Gros coup de cœur pour la séance d’hydrojet qu'ils proposent en plus du SPA, un vrai moment de détente. La déco esprit chalet est très soignée et prendre un verre dans la véranda au-dessus de la rivière est un vrai plaisir. Parking gratuit et excellents restos à quelques minutes à pied : tout est réuni pour un super séjour. Nous reviendrons au Christiana lors de nos prochaines vacances à Serre Chevalier !

La qualité de l'accueil tant téléphonique que sur place, la gentillesse, la disponibilité du personnel et de la Direction. Très bonne literie et chambre au calme sur la rivière (à privilégier !) Le petit déjeuner, copieux et savoureux avec des produits locaux et faits maisons, servi dans une grande et belle salle en bois très authentique en termes de décoration avec une terrasse ouverte donnant sur la rivière. La situation géographique optimale en plein village, restaurant charmant à 50m "L'Eau du Pont" Le grand parking

2 petits détails peuvent être améliorés pour un meilleur confort au niveau de la salle de bains, un rideau de douche et un verre (en verre en plus de ceux en carton)

L’accueil est particulièrement soigné. Les personnel est à l’écoute des clients. On se sent d’emblée à l’aise dans cet établissement. Pour les motards, il est situé idéalement au bas du col du Galibier et du Lautaret.

Le petit déjeuner était incroyable avec beaucoup de choix, la chambre super (propre et lit très confortable) avec vue sur le cours d’eau, très beau et agréable. C’était pile ce dont nous avions besoin.
