Excellent location, perfect apartment and reasonable priced.

The location was excellent. Only c5min slow walk to the ski lifts.

Everything was perfect. Our apt was available when we arrived. Which was brilliant. The only thing to flag is that it is self service so you need to put your own bins out and clean the apt when leaving. But that’s not a big ask.

There could be some more frequent vacuuming of the hall and the stairway. The ski room was like sauna. Try to find a way to turn the heating down a notch or two.

I'd stay again

Good location a short walk from the lifts and shops. Nice apartment - very comfortable with all the amenities and equipment for cooking etc needed.

Hot water could have been hotter, though I appreciate max temperature may have been set for green purposes. The bathroom had a bit of a smell of damp but nothing too bad.

Very good breakfast, with local products, cheese and ham, marmalades and honey, boiled eggs, juices, fresh fruits croissants etc. Really enjoyed it.

If someone arrives last minute for breakfast the offer shall be limited. Only one employee, who is doing her best, to serve the clients, so at the peak hours clean dishes, cups, glasses etc. are missing.

Nice stay in a beautiful place.

Beautiful facility looked to be brand new. Room is nice, has balcony, but nothing special. Great location, very near Briancon but also good access to Col de Lautaret and the entire valley. Excellent hiking available in the immediate vicinity, up at the Col du Granon. Can walk across the highway to a village area with markets, shops, restaurants, quite convenient.

Limited on-site parking, but there is more about 150m away. Faces the main highway and during my stay, there was incessant traffic noise due to a Tour de France event, even at 2 or 3 a.m. On normal days, this should not be a problem.

The breakfast was excellent , good choice of lovely food and drinks of top quality, with additional home made cakes which were pure delight . A beautiful laid out and comfortable breakfast room. A very pleasant start to the day.

Fantastisch appartement; mooi en smaakvolle inrichting! Echt gezellig! Lekker groot ook. Vaatwasmachine is ook erg fijn! Verwarmde skilockers! Lopen naar de skilift is te doen.

Wellness moest gereserveerd worden, soms lastig omdat er niemand bij receptie is. Wellness is dan te druk en vol.

Le rapport prestation / prix : j’estime que pour un séjour à quasi 2000€ la semaine, être dans un logement avec vue sur un mur sombre, ne disposant pas d’un four, ni même de tasses (en dehors de mini tasses à Expresso) ; avec accès limité au spa ou on laisse les autres venir en masse en dehors de leur réservation ; le petit dej en supplément : c’est du vol.

Le personnel a su rebondir et nous permettre de passer un bon séjour

Le confort et les volumes concernant le deuxième appartement alloué car le premier au rdc sur le parking n était pas envisageable. Aucune intimité possible, ni dans la chambre, ni dans la cuisine ni dans le salon encore moins sur la mini terrasse.

La résidence est neuve, de beaux équipements dans les appartements, la décoration est très sympa, la localisation est parfaite on peut faire ses courses à pied. Parking en sous sol très appréciable et espace détente super !!

La vue de la terrasse de notre appartement sur le parking est un peu dommage mais sinon tout est très bien.

Génial, exceptionnel, merci pour l'accueil nous reviendrons !

logement neuf et de qualité, parking couvert, terrasse dans le logement appréciable. La literie est très confortable , la cuisine neuve et haut de gamme. Nous avons apprécié dans le T3, la grande chambre séparé du logement par le dégagement du hall d'entrée. La salle de jeux dans l'espace commun pour les enfants est appréciable, quant au spa top la réservation au jour le jour.

le fait de ne pas pouvoir boire un café ou un thé le matin au bar... c'est étrange, il fallait réserver le petit déjeuner sinon le bar est fermé. C'est tout sinon tout au top !
