    The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the bus station to and from Barcelona. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful! Would stay again when I am back in Perpignan.

    Arrived late and everything was closed. The check-in was smooth and they said they served pizza 24 hours. Around midnight I ordered the quattro formage pizza. 7am I was violently sick. By checkout I had to ask to stay a little longer hoping to catch my train later connecting with a car hire. By 1300 I couldn't even get off the bed having dizzy spells after hours of sickness and diarrhea. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and saying they didn't have rooms left. Thankfully a friend booked one online for me so I could recover the extra night. Again the receptionist was irritable and unfriendly or showing any empathy despite the fact it was their establishment that caused the sickness. I had to pay an extra night,, rebook my car hire and train tickets, losing that money and in total cost me approx *** for their dodgy food. Despite me telling them, zero interest. Absolutely disgusting treatment and I will be contacting their HQ to make an official complaint
