Firstly, the staff member I spoke to was wonderful. Very professional, checkin was quick and easy and I managed to get in and get to sleep quickly which was very important as I arrived late in the day and needed to check out very early too. Checkout was also seamless, and very good location and value for money.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. The location is excellent — right across from the Gare de Perpignan, literally a stone’s throw away — making it convenient if you’re traveling by train.
Overall, it’s fine for a short stay or for solo travelers/couples with light luggage, but don’t expect much comfort or variety.
The room was quite small and might feel cramped if you’re carrying large luggage. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. The breakfast was disappointing — very limited options, and you even have to boil your own eggs (never seen that before). Apart from that, there were just some cheese, croissants, and coffee.
