The location was excellent—very close to the train station, so there was no need for a taxi. It was also within walking distance of the promenade and many restaurants, making it a very convenient area to stay. The room was very spacious, which we really appreciated. We were also able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful. Although there wasn’t an iron in the room, the owner kindly lent us one when we asked.
Coffee machine would be nice in the room :)

La ubicación. Al lado del puerto de Cagliari y en el centro de la ciudad
Avisar que la habitación está en un edificio antiguo, sin ascensor, decir que NO es un hotel y no poner la palabra hotel en el título del anuncio, decir antes que no va a limpiar nadie durante nuestra estancia
