Number 15 Ocean & City View Villas

Brilliant apartment with stunning views from lounge and large balcony area. Very friendly hosts who live next door and are on hand to help with any issues. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late, so Louise brought over some supplies which was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Nothing, it’s great and in a nice location on a quiet (but steep) side street.

Incredible views ! Spacious, spotless, comfortable. The villa was better than we expected. Communication with Louise was quick and extremely helpful even before our arrival. It was so lovely at the villa that we ate in more than out. Sitting on the sunny balcony overlooking Funchal and out to sea. What could be better ?! We will definitely be back.

Absolutely everything was as we would want it. No negatives.

Our apartment at Number 15 was absolutely amazing. It was really spacious and everything from the decor, to the art, to the kitchen equipment was of a really high standard. While it is difficult to pick a particular highlight, the view of the bay from the wrap-round balcony has to be near the top of this list, although calling it a balcony does not really do it justice, it's more of an aerial patio. Louise was a wonderful, welcoming host and in addition to making sure that everything was in order, was also a mine of really useful local information.

I wouldn't change a thing about the apartment and grounds. When we visit again, I don't think I will bother with hiring a car. Driving on Madeira is quite challenging and there are great public transport facilities within easy reach.

Air conditioning not working in bedroom although we did have a ceiling fan.
