The location is great, right in front of the river. However, the receptionist lady—I’m not sure if she was the manager or not—was rude. I arrived around noon and asked if I could check in early. The other receptionist was about to help me check in, but the so-called manager, or whoever she was, rudely said that check-in was only available after 2 PM, even though they had rooms available and the other receptionist was already trying to help me and get me checked in. Also, the soundproofing is terrible. Whenever someone opens a door on your floor, you’re going to hear it. Great location, but the customer service and soundproofing need improvement.
