Private, quiet area with nice view The pull out sofa needs to be tossed in the trash. It’s dirty, dated and it was full of hair. Doesn’t match the modern style of the apartment

There are better places to stay in Titisee

Not much. Very taken aback on arrival to find the 'property address' on booking.com is not actually the property at all. But actually some way away and nothing like expected. Mentioned this to the front office who couldn't have cared less about the obvious inaccuracy and I was told 'I don't understand and I am wrong' I do indeed understand that the place you accommodated me in is not at the confirmed location, and this is very poor. Clearly customer service is not a priority here. A suggestion to this property: clarify on your booking and confirmation forms that these apartments are located elsewhere, not at the hotel locale. There would no problem if you did this. A simple fix imo, rather than arguing - it's your responsibility to be accurate.

Black mould in the bathroom, non-operational shower curtain, tiny towels. Impossibly tiny and unusable parking garage, that in no way could accommodate average size cars. Very average facilities and breakfast, all cheaply done. Compared prices with other hotels - expensive for what you get. Spend your money elsewhere.

Terrific stay at the Titisee

* Lovely view overlooking Titisee. * Great location, close to the lake, 6km’s to be able to run/walk around at any stage of the day. * Sauna was a welcomed add-on for the upgrade :) * Reserved parking spot in front of the property. * Very friendly reception staff at the hotel, a few hundred meters below, to check-in and check-out. * Nice touch with the pre-Breakfast care package of croissants, fruit and a few spreads from 7am to eat before going down to the hotel for a full breakfast.

*Nothing. I’d recommend a car to get to/from the property to see the town of Titisee, nearly places for sightseeing purposes and suchlike. Although, it’s likely only 15-20mins walk into the town centre. FYI - steep hill going up/down but no issues at all.

Great scenic location

It was exactly as we were expecting. Nested in a hill overlooking the beautiful lake. Spacious apartment. It is serviced everyday. Breakfast is till 12 and is superb as well. The main hotel lobby also has sauna and indoor swimming pool for use.

Loved the room, loved the view, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was phenomenal.

There was WiFi visible but no internet connection. The parking garage was the stuff nightmares are made of. I don't have a small car, but it's by no means huge. Citroën berlingo. The only reason I got into and out of the garage was that there were no other cars in it. Even so, it was a close call.

Great quality time!!

Great location overseeing Lake Titisee. Good room size with adequate ventilation. The room was clean, heated and perfectly arranged. Breakfast was also very good. I had read in reviews that the Wifi was not good. But, it seems that they have improved the quality because there was no interruption in the internet connectivity.

Actually, there was nothing that we didn't like. This is just more of a suggestion - The kitchen supplies (especially the cleaning) were not adequate. May be that can be improved.

The view is simply great, very spacious room, everything there, balcony with view, excellent breakfast in the hotel, you can use the sauna in the hotel payfree, 10 min walk to the center, garage included

View exceptional, 5 Stars. Breakfast, extremely good, will also get 5 Stars, Staff will get 5 Stars. There is nothing I could complain about, except... and wait for it.... the road upto to the apartment was pretty tough, but, not impossible, it was good for a bit of sport in the morning going to breakfast and walking back up in the evening, that it was easy to get to sleep later on;-)

Currently, I have nothing to say what I did not like, except, I would stay a bit longer next time at the same location. I will not search for another location, I found the correct one;-)

we were shocked for HOTEL apporch for fixing COLD WATER in shower and compensation was NOT OK !!!!

All in all the apartment was OK, Good breakfast, one shower in lower floor, small kitchen, No Air condition, cleaning OK

We had COLD WATER in shower on the first day and last day of staying and in between was one day with very little hot water, when complained about it the HOTEL approach was NOT appropriate and told us "they will try to fix it but NOT for sure" ,at the end we were refunded for 100 euros per day for 2 nights (while one night costs us ~280 euros), we think the refund was NOT equal to the damage made, we had to shower in cold water, including kids who cached the cold for this reason, Very disappointing

Exceptional

We got an appartment with lake view which has sublime view early in the morning and in late evening. The appartment itself is very well equipped. It comes with access to facilities in the main hotel: indoor swimming pool, sauna and a small private lake beach. Good breakfast (with lake view as well).

The main hotel with all facilities and breakfast hall/restaurant is 5-10 minutes away from the appartment but it involves a steep slope. It’s not a big deal but it’s not mentioned in the booking detail.

it is a beautiful location overlooking the lake. perfect place for a relaxed weekend gateway. The breakfast offered was sumptuous and wide.

The property is located in a bit of height and road leading to our Apartment 520/530 was steep. If you are walking with kids, you wanna check on the luggage you are carrying.

Great in general except for few critical issues & few questionable value for money

Large & well-divided space with a good view, great location in the Hochschwalzwald region, you can use all services in nearby hotel: great breakfast buffet with various warm plates can be ordered at table, small pool & sauna etc.

No Wi-Fi (very weak & keeps disappearing signal, asked lobby to fix three times without success) No coffee machine (only electric kettle) which are all different from what’s written on facilities description and last not but lease, FLY. It was the main bed room where I could find 5 to 10 flies around window area during February and I had to catch & let them out every 12 hours and later I saw one dead on the bed before check-out. This was raised to lobby from the first morning and housekeeper came to check, failed to find the reason, vacuumed the room and asked me to call again if thing doesn’t change. I gave up calling because I didn’t want to be disturbed anymore as we had already two visits for Wi-Fi and nothing happened. If staying online is critical during stay, better be prepared with mobile data plan. Staffs were friendly and willing to help, but issues wasn’t fixed, no feedback given.
