muy buena atención del personal a cargo de las gestiones, siempre muy atentos, hemos pasado unos muy lindos días en Barcelona, antes de la entrega del departamento nos permitieron dejar el equipaje en su oficina con excelente predisposición..

una noche recibí un mensaje de ruidos molestos en mi departamento, lo cual desestime rápidamente por que no me encontraba allí, quedo aclarado igualmente

Mooi appartement, basic maar sfeervol ingericht. In woonwijk, maar wel veel eettentjes vlakbij.

-Veel lawaai van de bovenburen. -De externe verhuurder stalkte ons vooraf met e-mails, apps en formulieren die we moesten invullen. We zagen door de bomen het bos niet meer waardoor we de juiste instructies misten om de deur te openen. We hebben 45 minuten buiten gestaan voordat we de juiste contactpersoon te pakken kregen.

The apartment is in a terrific location; one block away from a pedestrian avenue with many restaurants, and within walking distance of sites and transportation hubs.

We were promised a digital key by 15:00, however we had to wait almost two hours to receive it after we texted for help. Noisy neighbors above; heavy footsteps early in the morning and late at night.

The Location and the girls in the office were amazing.

Arrival at the property is confusing. Having to go to a different location to obtain the keys is a hindrance and very inconvenient. When entering the apartment there was such a strong bleach smell that we actually had to open all the windows and leave for a few hours before reentering because someone got sick. The dryer for the clothes didn’t work and it blew a fuse throughout the whole apartment. The only seating that was available was so busted we couldn’t even sit on it. I sent a message to AB several times and they completely ignored my requests and never fixed the problem. The bedding was dirty and uncomfortable there were no sheets only a very light throw blanket that was dirty and scratchy. None of the windows faced outside they were facing the elevator shaft and the inside of the building. This was a horrible unkept property and I will be requesting a refund.
