Das Frühstück sowie das Essen vor Ort war super das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Tauchplätze vor Ort sind Top.

Ausserhalb des Resorts hat es nicht viele Möglichkeiten etwas per Fuss zu unternehmen.

This hotel was designed for scuba divers in mind. There is an onsite dive shop next door to the restaurant as well as plenty of other dive shops nearby. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Our room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice hot showers to warm up after a cold dive! Our breakfast options were all tasty with lots of variety. The restaurant, Chops and Hops, has great food and is super convenient if you want a huge meal after diving and don't want to walk anywhere else to eat. Try the homemade ice cream...indulgent! And prices are more than fair.

The bathroom has an open air shower which is nice but allows mosquitoes in. So when you enter from your room to the bathroom, you have to close the door quickly so the mosquitoes don't invade your room! We brought bug spray so it wasn't a big deal but just something to be aware of.

Frühstück gab es á la Carte und war immer hervorragend. Eine tolle Auswahl und immer ausreichend und frisch. Die dazugehörige Tauchbasis war super organisiert. Wir hatten für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts einen Guide mit dem wir nach Wunsch die Tauchgänge planen konnten. Als Taucher und Fotografen wussten wir die vielen Steckdosen im Zimmer sehr zu schätzen. Der Pool war groß genug und sauber. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein defekter Schlauch im Bad wurde nach Rückmeldung umgehend ersetzt. Organisation von Ausflügen wurde auf Anfrage ebenfalls durchgeführt. Danke :)

The rooms are spacious, and so are the bathrooms. They are very thoughtful about a few things and have kept umbrellas, mosquito coils & sprays, extra extension cords and even a diffuser (you can ask for essential oils you prefer) in the rooms. The property has an in-house restaurant that serves good food through the day including alcohol. They also have a nice view of Mt. Agung. The pool seems nice, I did not use it however was busy everyday. If you are interested in massages they will arrange for masseuse to come to you, and have a massage in your room, patio or by the pool - this is really nice.

The beds are not comfortable at all. It’s really hard and I really could not get much sleep. I don’t think the team cleans the room everyday nor change the towels, or even refill the water or clean the coffee cups. I had to do this myself. The power goes on and off quite often, but this may not be in their control? What I was really disappointed was that the water in the shower ran out one day while I was in the bath and there was no way to call anyone - no phones to the reception as well. I waited in the bathroom helpless for at least 15 min before the water started again. Please not the resort is SSI registered and not PADI so if you are on a diving trip please use another dive Centre if needed.
