Azade Premier Hotel Istanbul

I wish there was an 11/10 for the staff and I mean every single one of them lobby, cleaners, waiters. Everything was clean, neat and well organized. Phenomenal breakfast and I should say it was the first time I noticed the kitchen being right next to the buffet, so I could see the perfect cleanliness inside. The hotel is located right in the heart of Sultanahmet, close to everything. Book it, don't think twice, its a value for money hero.

Close to all historical sites. Very friendly staff! We enjoyed the clean room and clean towels every day.

Excellent breakfast with lovely views. Fabulous location, very easy to get around. The room was nice and spacious and the air con worked well. A lovely outside area to sit and relax in. Staff were excellent though one member was over zealous in booking an activity we had not confirmed with him.

We could not find the hotel at first as the main branding was for the Triton hotel with a small sign underneath saying Azade hotel. The latter hotel was behind the former which meant navigating a lift down from the lobby, through the very pleasant garden area and then up in another lift. The housekeeping was a little spasmodic. On our arrival (at 1am) there was a cover sheet over the bed which barely covered the surface of the bed. The subsequent nights we were treated to a quilt in a proper quilt cover. One day we had four luxurious bath towels, the next day we had 2 threadbare ones. We should have had a bottle of water provided each day, except one day we didn’t.

Very good breakfast, with a clean room and a nice staff. All in all, from our long trip, it was the best accommodation out of all and we would like to come back again.

To reach our room, we had to use 3 evators until we arrived, and without a fan in it, which was hard for my mom as she got a knee surgery.
