The breakfast served was fresh and delicious. We could also see the beautiful sea view and look at the blue mosque while eating. That was my favourite part about this place. The reception staff were very helpful. They recommended us places to visit and restaurants to try. They were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile.
The housekeeper staff didn’t change our bedsheets for 3 days. Fortunately, the reception staff handled this situation immediately and professionally.

The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and easy to communicate with in English. The location was excellent, just about a 5-minute walk from the main attractions in Sultanahmet and the Sultanahmet tram station. Thank you for making our first trip to Istanbul such a pleasant experience.
It would have been nice to have Netflix or another streaming option on the TV for non-Turkish-speaking guests, although this wasn't a major issue since we spent most of our time out exploring Istanbul. We also wish card payments were accepted for the items sold at the front desk. We wanted to purchase some of the handmade cat plushies from DJEM Unique Ideas, but unfortunately they were cash-only. It would be great if card payment could be offered for these items in the future.

Perfect location, clean and modern, wonderful breakfast on rooftop overlooking old city. Plus the front desk arranged transportation to and from the airport. And they had a family room to accommodate all 4 of us. The price was very reasonable.
I wish hotel beds were a bit softer!
