Location, good restaurant and choice of food. Accommodation separate to pub so no noise when people left pub.

It was local to my family
It was very noisy, having run pubs myself I wasn’t under any illusion that I wouldn’t here pub noise and some music, but when you had two women screaming at each other through one of the bedroom doors, till 5am and nobody came to chill it down, I’d driven over 4hrs to get there to then be kept awake most of the night. Everything in the room was spotless however the shower head was growing orange mould not great but that was the only thing in the room.
