    Lovely atmospheric place ..rooms are clean with everything you need. Staff absolutely fabulous..nothing was a bother..sorry didnt get any names. Food in bar was plentiful and well presented / cooked ..thank you all

    Excellent choice for a solo short stay in this area of Liverpool. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to public transport buses to city centre or Merseyrail network. Will choose to book again in future when I return to the area.

    The toilet was not working in the room, reported to manager who was very polite and said that they would send someone to sort out, they said that someone had been but when I got back to the room late evening it still would not flush.
