La posizione è ottima, raggiungendo il centro in 10-15 minuti a piedi e servita in meno di 5 minuti da supermercati ed altre attività
Da rivedere il flusso di acqua calda per doccia e cucina per chi non è abituato a farla a temperatura ambiente

Abbiamo soggiornato in due nel monolocale al primo piano. Molto spazioso, letto e cuscini comodi, cucina attrezzata, Tv, condizionatore. Molto pulito. Tranquillo a 1km circa dal centro e dal porto...per la spiaggia di san Giovanni km 1,4 secondo me la migliore più vicina... comunque c'è l'autobus 1 a 150 m. da casa che con il biglietto da 1 euro ti porta anche nelle altre spiagge. Il sig. Michele è stato molto gentile e disponibile.
Doccia molto piccola...le finestre sono prive di zanzariere e tenerle aperte di notte non è il caso perché entrano insetti...ma fortunatamente l'aria condizionata funziona benissimo. Per stendere costumi e altro c'è la finestra in bagno però è un po' stretta e c'è solo una corda a scorrimento.

Dobre vybavená kuchyňa ,komplet aj zo sporákom ,ladička ,mikrovlnka , čistý byt, priestranný .Klimatizácia
Posteľ hrozna .Tvrdá ,mala , krátka, prikrývka v celku pre dve osoby, vankuše úplne tvrdé ! Nedalo sa na nej spat, ani milovať . O 21.30 prišiel majiteľ zvoniť že máme otvorené okno a ide nám klimatizácia!!! Zaujímalo by ma ako to mohol vedieť ???
