Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The host was very kind, welcoming, and helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with every additional request we had during our stay.
We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment is completely new, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. The location is also a great advantage, it is close to the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
We would highly recommend this place both for guests visiting Sardinia during the busy tourist season and for those travelling in the off-season. It is a perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We would happily return and would definitely choose the same accommodation again. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is brand new in the new facility. The location of the building is at about 600m from the center, but in the most beautiful part of Alghero, peaceful and with lots of greenery. Nearby are restaurants and shops and a park where there is tourist info and a bus stop for all key destinations in that part of the island.
The bed is large and comfortable, the TV and air-conditioning work perfectly.
Claudio welcomed us, allowed us to leave our luggage 3 hours before the time scheduled for check in and allowed us to change, making our first encounter with this city and island.
More like a suggestion than a objection... Considering that the apartment is located in a town on the coast with many beautiful beaches, I believe that there should be a dryer for swimsuits and towels in the room (or at least down in the yard). Also, in the description of the apartment it was stated that there was a kettle in the room, but there was none. It would be nice to have the opportunity to make yourself tea or coffee in the morning.

Absolutely new, great location next to a lovely supermarket.
It is a guesthouse and you have a excellent room! I missed the common space where you can warm water for tea.
