    I arrived at 8PM because the bus is delayed. When I arrived, there was no one in the reception and it indicated a number to call. I only have data, I didn't subscribe to roaming. There was another hotel guest who was very kind and let me call. The reception redirected me to the box where I can get my room key. This should have been informed before hand that if you arrive late, it will be in the box. If there was no one who helped me call then how would I be able to check in? Soooo stressful. No slippers also, the floor is wood and it was cold.

    Very helpful and polite staff. Rooms were in great condition and the breakfast featured a nice buffet style with options for everyone. Would recommend to anyone seeking a room.
