Beautifully decorated hotel with an older feel. I found the service quite variable… sometimes seemed reluctant… simple things like a request for cutlery at breakfast were greeted with a scowl, but in contrast, Ivan at reception could not have been more pleasant or helpful.

Staff was excellent, they let me check in early and also let me keep the room 30 min extra without extra costs.
They gave me good info about things to do in Bratislava, also where i could get Perfumes i was looking for.
