this is a hidden gem close to everything . very comfortable .clean and a comfortable bed great value for money. lots of places to eat .centraly located ,3 types of room to suit your budget

Excellent location well worth the money

Location is excellent (even though our taxi couldn’t find it and we got dropped off on the main road and walked the few minutes to it). There are loads of bars and restaurants close by. An M mart is at the start of the alley and a laundry in the next alley. There is a kettle, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The pool was more than adequate and the staff are absolutely lovely

This is not the property’s fault but we struggled with sleep due to dogs barking and the cockerel starting at about 2 am

Hidden gem

Absolute gem in the heart of Kuta. Tucked away from the main street, easily accessible, very clean, well maintained and quiet! Rooms are decent size, massive beds, bathrooms are big and the whole place is very clean. There is a nice pool and a lot of greenery (for privacy). Wish we booked a longer stay. I would highly recommend!!

Nice, quiet stay in central Kuta

Pleasant, clean room in central Kuta close to many Warungs, bars and the beach. The staff were particularly helpful after we accidentally left a ring there which they safeguarded until we returned a number of days later. Thank you!

Too noisy unfortunately

The staff was very friendly and the location convenient.

The room was way too noisy. It shares the wall or the roof (I couldn't fogure it out) with another hotel ehere they did celebrations in the morning and karaoke at night. We couldn't sleep much

Maintenance required for the upkeep of the accommodation. For example, air conditioning needs to be serviced as it is not functioning to its capacity, tap on sink- low water and difficult to use due to wrong tap installed on the sink and the bathroom has a stench of foul smell. Otherwise, comfortable bed, good hot/cold water shower, daily housekeeping, verandah outside room, great staff, quiet and yet location is central, safe provided, breakfast provided and a great value for money. Overall, am contended.

Estupendo!

Piscina, entorno, habitaciones, paz, todo increíble! Servicio extremadamente simpático y limpieza genial! Tienes un pequeño balconcito para ti solo y es pura naturaleza.

La única pega que le podría encontrar es que la calle es pequeñita para aparcar pero no es culpa del alojamiento. Igualmente aparqué mi moto cada día con un poco de maniobra.

Todo increible, la habitación genial y limpia. El personal muy simpático, nos guardaron las mochilas toda la tarde después del checkout para coger el vuelo a la noche. Totalmente recomendable
