    Late Check in at 15:30 ,, sauna and steam open at 1100 its late , they sell the ice for Dh25 , Pool with charge at night.

    The entrance of this hotel very narrow and can’t handle few cars , Valet staff is very slow it take ages to get ypur car and one time valet told me they forget to switch off my car which i kept all night with them and one valet employee was so rude and should not be in hotels and hospitality field since his way of talking to the guest was so rude and was shouting at me , the check inn was unprofessional there was lots if guest waiting for their turn to check in since the reception takes so many time for every guest, even if you stay in high floors you will find it hard to sleep because of the loud sound of cars , won’t come back

    I had some issues, which I should not have it while staying in a 5 star hotel! First there were no dental kit, shaving kit or slippers in the room which is not accepatable in 5 star hotel, and when I asked for it first they only sent one dental kit, then again I called and they only send another dental kit, the third time I called they finally sent everything, thanks a lot for the staff who brought the items, she was running amd trting to fix the misunderatanding. Pool was not clean, there we some tree leaves on it. The most not accepatable thing for me was the gym, there was some dumbbells with out weight sign, the weight sign was damaged, gym supervisor shoul immediately go to the gym and check all dumbbells!
