My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at The Gutenberg. It’s a nice property and is a short walk to local shops, restaurants and the beach. There are also lots of tourist attractions to visit, providing you don’t mind driving a little. The owner was really friendly and knowledgeable of local amenities.

Very clean, spacious and convenient. Had all the utensils you could ever need to cook. The check in was automated and everything had been prepared before the arrival. Just outside of the apartment is a grocery store and a bakery. Really nothing to complain about.

The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep and could be dangerous if not careful.

Cosy apartment in a great location

The apartment is great and cozy. Everything that I need for cooking was there. Parking place is right at the same territory of the house. It is close to a supermarket and a local market. Everything is in walking distance. The host was very friendly and gave good recommendations.

My apartment was at the rooftop, so it is hot inside when it is hot outside.

Really a great option for Binz.

The studio X (last floor) was very bright (a lot of windows), extremely quiet, spacious & nicely equipped; everything was 100% clean with was for us a must. The location is good (10 min away by walk from the beach & crowded center, next to the lake) and sufficiently quiet to enjoy the night.

Decoration is very functional, but this is good for the purpose.

Extremely clean. Close to the main station and to the beach as well as the city. Right next to the supermarket. Easy check in, and responsive host. I would definitely go back. Great stay!

The only thing I would change is the mattress as it was quite hard, and therefore not comfortable to sleep on.

Eine schöne gemütliche Unterkunft

Sehr gemütliche Dachwohnung, warm, sehr sauber, Lage in zweiter Reihe zum Schmachter See, den man durch die Häuser hindurch sehen kann. 4 Minuten zum Schmachter See, 13 min zur Seebrücke zu Fuß, also fußläufig eine gute Lage in Binz, um alles zu erkunden. Fast nebenan (und dennoch nicht vom Haus aus zu sehen) der netto Supermarkt, so kann man perfekt fußläufig Lebensmittel einkaufen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit hierhin wiederkommen. Sehr positiv ist auch der Parkplatz im Hof und persönliche Ansprechpartner im Haus unten (im Büro) .

Ich fand die Matratzen etwas zu hart, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Tolles Appartement in Binz, nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch für Zugreisende geeigent.

Wir hatten ein 3-Raum-Appartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, genug Stauraum gibt es auch. Es ist alles da was man braucht. In unmittelbare Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen Bäcker. Es ist ruhig und ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

Die Treppe ist etwas steil. Für kleinere Kinder nicht geeignet.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt rundherum sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, man kann alles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich.

Wir sind beinahe jährlich da und das aus gutem Grund. Man wird nicht nur herzlich empfangen, man bekommt auch noch super Tips, falls neue Restaurants eröffnet haben. Wir lieben einfach die Atmosphäre der Wohnungen, so liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr sehr sauber und läd zum Wohlfühlen ein. Es ist alles vorhanden was man zum "Wohnen" im Urlaub benötigt. 👍🏻

sehr schöne Unterkunft mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern, sehr schöne Ausstattung, sehr sauber und komplett mit Bettwäsche/Hand- und Badetücher ausgestattet hervorzuheben, der sehr nette Vermieter !!! Der Tipp mit dem Parkplatz an der Kirche für das zweite Auto war perfekt und vielen vielen Dank nochmals für die kulante Regelung wegen des verlorenen Schlüssels. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und stilvoll dekoriert, die Betten bequem und nicht zu weich. Parkplatz direkt im Hof rundet das Paket ab.

Die Treppe nach oben und im Appartement in die obere Etage sind für kranke Knie eine Herausforderung, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau ☺️

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Parkplatz nah zu See und Meer

Freundliche Gastgeber, Wohnung sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand, Küchenzeile sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, ruhige Umgebung, kostenloser Parkplatz, 2min zum Schmachter See, knapp 10min zum Ostseestrand, in wenigen Minuten Supermarkt, Bäcker, nettes Café zu erreichen

Insgesamt alles sehr gut. Was man wissen sollte: das zweite Schlafzimmer ist nur über eine SEHR steile Treppe erreichbar - nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder und Senioren. Dieses Zimmer hat keine Tür und ist somit offen zum Flur, bietet daher wenig Privatsphäre. Haus ist hellhörig. Man hört (nicht nur) Gespräche aus den anderen Wohnungen deutlich. Ausblick aus dem Wohnesszimmer ist auf eine fast fensterlose Seitenwand eines grossen Supermarkt-Appartment-Komplexes

Zentrale Lage. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig schnell erreichbar, auch das Zentrum. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, zahlreiche Gaststätten innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Wohnung sehr geräumig.

Die Wohnung war hervorragend zur Hauptstraße waren es nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand vielleicht 10 Minuten die Wohnung ist hell sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet wir waren positiv überrascht.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Der Vermieter hat uns ein paar Tipps rund um unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und es war alles vorhanden, was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gebraucht wird. Ein eher technisches Problem ist sehr engagiert behoben worden. Wir wurden für diese kurze Unannehmlichkeit sehr entgegenkommend und sehr nett "entschädigt". Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Danke dafür!!!
