Villa Lindholm, surrounded by a lush, beautiful garden, is located just about 500 meters from the Binz pier and the stunning beach. The pedestrian zone and the beach promenade are also in the immediate vicinity. There you’ll find upscale boutiques, restaurants, and other shops in this sophisticated Baltic Sea resort.
If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, don’t miss a stroll around Schmachter Lake. This idyllic lake, home to over 40 species of flora and fauna, is just about 200 meters from the vacation apartments at Villa Lindholm.
Apartment 1:
The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa, on the right as you enter from the main entrance on Sonnenstraße (a dead-end street). The best part is: Since the villa stands on a small dune, what is considered the first floor by normal standards is actually the upper level here.
The south-facing apartment is generously sized at approximately 86 square meters and features a layout that is very popular with our guests. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The apartment also features a spacious terrace.
• Kitchen: microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle
• Living room: large corner sofa, sideboard, table, TV (cable), internet connection (LAN and Wi-Fi)
